We are looking for a multi-skilled Field Service Engineer to ensure our customers are provided with an optimum cost installation and ongoing service/maintenance program for the liquid application systems delivering Anitox products. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an optimum cost maintenance program to the customer and the application systems located at their premises.
  • Ensure an effective installation service is provided ensuring all costs are within projected levels for each new installation.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to deliver max conversion of Pathogen Control and Milling Efficiency product demonstrations.
  • Carry out site surveys as required and prepare application system proposals for the account management team.
  • In conjunction with the other customer account team members ensure all products and services are being utilized to the optimum in each customer account.
  • Submit all reports accurately and on time. 

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Level 3 Engineering Qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in an electro-mechanical industrial maintenance environment
  • Experience planning and executing installation work
  • Successful & sustained track record in supporting Sales and Account Management Teams
  • through a ‘field-based’ maintenance & service function
  • Ability to fault find on equipment using electrical drawings
  • Literate and numerate with excellent written and spoken English
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of word, excel, outlook
  • Ability to work to challenging deadlines
  • Good customer service & communication skills
  • Team player whilst still able to work independently
  • Conscientious and determined with a 'can do ' attitude
  • Flexibility for extensive, national and international travel
  • Flexibility and willingness to work out of normal hours and travel on short notice
  • Clean driving license

Travel

This position requires significant national/international travel, with frequent nights away from home.
